Today I worked from the sub-office so that I could go to lunch with the team. It was an EXCELLENT decision, even if I will be drowning in paperwork tomorrow. I somehow managed to get a lot done, too, despite TC periodically coming over and talking my ear off.

Things that are great about TC: I mentioned Avenue Q was coming to Cambridge, and she was all, LET'S DO IT. So. Now that is happening! EXCELLENT.

Things I witnessed today: a girl going apeshit at a guy who - based on what I heard - I am assuming is her boyfriend. This was mostly extremely awkward up until the moment she ripped his glasses off his face, yelling, "AND TAKE OFF THIS RIDICULOUS HIPSTER SHIT. YOU LOOK LIKE A DOUCHE!" Suddenly, many things were right in the world.

I am trying to verify the purchase of some tickets but it is proving to be fucking difficult. They have asked for a copy of my bank statement to verify some details...that wouldn't appear on a statement anyway. I am frustrated because I really can't afford for them not to accept the payment. I have 7 other people relying on me.

I watched Glee; I grinned a lot; I cried. This is becoming oddly standard, even when I don't skip most of the episode! Uh huh.

I haven't read a novel in a really, really long time. I can't remember the last time I did. I have fallen wildly out of the habit. Some of the issue is poetry; some of it is fanfiction. I feel like I need to get atop that horse again! But, also, lazy. You know.

I have a lot of unread books on my desk. I could start there? Oh god.

The problem here is that I started this post with a destination in mind, and then thoroughly distracted myself with nonsense. This post was going to be weighty! How you would have bowed before it! It would have moved you, though how we will now never know. Alas etc.
