I did very little today but the high point was watching Spooks 7x05 (WHERE ARE ALLLLL YOUR BAAAALLLLLLS?) with the commentary on. I love this show and my Ros-bias is probably disgusting but whatever. I'm excited about S8 but I'm also fully aware that it's probably not going to match my love for S7. I feel like I would have probably enjoyed all of last year regardless of quality because nothing could be as bad as the Iran arc but now it's almost the reverse: will I hate S8 because S7 was so fucking good? I don't know. I'm fickle. I hope Ros gets to stab someone in the premiere.

I know what you mean about S8 (although I don't think James Moran is involved this time, so yay). S7 was just too good.

Then again, it can't be as bad as s6 (you know what bugs me about that - it introduced Ben, and Ben is yay, but I hate it so much I can't watch!)

I have this problem with a lot of S4. S4 has Fiona and Zaf and yet at times is so flip annoying I can't stand to rewatch. Damn.

I love these DVDs, though. S8 needs: more stabbing; more Russian.

Hahahaha. Haha. Hah. Season 4 is.... um. My favorite of them all. On the other hand, I watched everything save S7 in a vacuum, so I don't think I count. I THINK S8 MIGHT BE SORT OF GREAT? Second consecutive year of no actresses visibly pregnant (HOPEFULLY)? Honestly, if this is true, it counts as a win in my book.

I loved S3 pretty fierce (even WITH the rockstar episode! What!) - then I watched S4 in halves because that was the year I started uni and I was naive in the ways of the great Ahem. I just remember being SO MAD at Adam's drama and sad about Fiona and annoyed that Zaf didn't have anything to do. And JO. Gosh. I'm glad she cut off her hair.

Does this make me fickle? I DON'T CARE.

p.s. COME ON BBC. Give me a date already.
